This week, Farm Service Agency Administrator Bill Beam [announced](https://www.fsa.usda.gov/news-events/news/06-16-2026/nominations-now-open-farmers-ranchers-serve-usda-farm-service-agency-0) that nominations were open for farmers and ranchers to serve on FSA county committees. These committees aid local FSA offices to better support how programs are applied at a local level. Nominations are open through Aug. 3, and members are encouraged to apply.
