Reminder: Feral Swine Eradication and Control Pilot Program remains open through Sept. 21

As a reminder, the application deadline is approaching quickly for a new pilot program on feral swine eradication. The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced in late July $35 million in partnerships for the Feral Swine Eradication and Control Pilot Program. Partners selected to participate in the pilot program will provide landowner assistance for restoration, on-farm trapping efforts and related services such as training. Funding for these services will be provided through grant agreements between partners and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
