I chose to get involved in YF&R because I want to build a strong network with other young ag leaders, keep learning from people who are actively producing and advocating for agriculture, and grow my leadership skills. I’m also passionate about helping connect education, workforce development, and production agriculture and YF&R feels like the right space to contribute, learn, and be part of strengthening the future of agriculture in our region.
